Is Genesis Estate free for home seekers?
Yes. Searching, shortlisting, saving alerts and sending enquiries are free. You never pay Genesis Estate to contact a lister.
What does “Genesis verified” mean?
A Genesis moderator has checked the lister's ownership or authority to list, and the listing details against documents. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live; verified ones have had the extra document check.
Do you show RERA numbers?
Yes. Projects that need MahaRERA registration show their number. A “RERA checked” mark means our team looked the number up on the MahaRERA site.
Who sees my phone number when I enquire?
Only the lister of that property, so they can call you back. We never show it publicly or sell it.
Can I visit a property before deciding?
Yes. Pick a visit date when you enquire. The lister confirms the time with you directly.

How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free. Paid boosts that put your property higher in search are coming soon.
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed within a working day. If something is missing we tell you exactly what to fix.
How long does my listing stay live?
60 days. We remind you before it expires and you can renew it in one click from your dashboard.
Will my address be public?
No. Only the project name, locality and city are public. Your full address is visible to you and our moderators.
Can brokers list on Genesis Estate?
Yes. MahaRERA-registered brokers apply in the broker portal. Once verified, their listings carry a verified-broker badge and every enquiry lands in a lead pipeline.
